BFW Series Chain Conveyor
Application
Chain conveyor uses the continuous or intermittent movement of the chain to convey various weight items, and also can convey various bulk material, various cartons, bags and other single pieces of goods in a little weight. In the paper industry, drag conveyors are mainly used to transport such materials as scattered or bundled paper pulp and waste paper plate.
Feature
- Great conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and standardization of components.
- Less energy consumption, and low cost.
- Small voice, suitable for quiet work environment.
- Through plate punch forming whith high strength and excellent in cushine effect.
- Chain board adopts closed desigh to prevent material leaking.
- Two rows of idler traction chain and hollow roller shaft, and oil can be injected from pin roll to shaft sleeve and wear-resistant zinc-copper bushing.
- Two rows of chain adopt long axis to prevent chain running deviation.
- Chain wheel adopts cast steel to improve wear-resistant.
- Raw material feeding plate adopts V design( more than effective conveying width 400mm) to improve raw material throughput.
- Orbit type running, operate steadily and reliably, with low friction and low power consumption.
