500000 Tons Packaging Paper Making Project
In December 4, 2017, after several rounds of technical exchanges and communication, Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co.,Ltd. and Kunming Hongxing Ronghe Paper Co. Ltd. in Yunnan and Kunming, signed a deal with LOCC pulp production line of 1600T/D of the full set of pulping equipment.

This Kraft/Testliner/Corrugated paper pulping line main equipment is from Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co.,ltd., including chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper continuously pulping system, bottom layer waste paper breaking and Drum Pulper pulping system, high consistency 1st stage 2 section cleaning system, coarse screening system, fractionating system, fine screening system and pulp approaching system, broken paper system, pulp Agitator and a full set of pulping equipment.
This pulping system is a centralized pulping system. It can also provide excellent qualified slurry for PM1, daily production of 900 tons, three layer kraft paper, T paper machine (5400/800m/min) and PM2 daily output 600 tons single long wire high strength corrugated paper machine (5600/800m/min).
In the past, subject to the level of technology and processing, production of domestic single set of waste paper pulping has a large gap with the imported equipment. However the project Leizhan signed this time, is not only the largest wrapping paper project in Yunnan province, also will be the largest single set of domestic equipment in domestic and created a new Industry record.
