Drum Pulper in Waste Paper Recycling Machine
The drum pulper can gently pulp and coarse screen waste paper without destroying fibers at high consistency. This drum pulper is mainly used in packaging paper production lines and cultural paper production lines. However, this drum pulper is not suitable for pulping high-strength paper such as AOCC. The drum pulper can be mainly divided into four parts, namely the feeding hopper, the pre-soaking area, the pulping area and the screening area. The pulping strength of this drum pulper is 14%-18%. It can carry out continuous pulping. Moreover, adding water to the screening area can reduce the consistency of the pulp.
