Coating Board Paper Machine
Five layer coating board paper machine, net paper width 3800mm, mainly used for coating board paper making. The machine is divided into the following parts: headbox, long wire section, press section, front drying section, inclined surface sizing machine, back drying section, machine coating, calendering and reeling section.
Headbox
Open-type headbox five sets, corresponding to the top layer, top lining layer, Medium layer, bottom lining layer, bottom layer, through the regulation and control of the liquid level inside the headbox, control and stable the sieve slurry sizing head.
Wire section
Five layer, Corresponding to the top layer, top lining layer, Medium layer, bottom lining layer, bottom layer. The main components: breast roll , forming board, dewatering board, vacuum box, combined roll, vacuum couch roll, turning roll, wire roll, frame and so on. The top layer, top lining layer, Medium layer, bottom lining layer, bottom layer with a molding network.
Press section
Divided into 1st press, 2st press, 3st press. 1st press and 2st press are jumbo press roll, each with top and bottom the package of metal roll; 3st press is gloss press, with a stone roll, a package of metal roll. 1st press, 2st press are equipped with felt roll and felt suction box, and top, bottom felt. 1st press, 2st press, 3st press pressure type is hydraulic cylinder pressure.
Front drying section
Φ1500 / Φ1800 dryer cylinder, sub-drive, with guide roll, canvas. With closed hood.
Inclined surface sizing machine
A chrome-plated metal roll, a coated metal roll. The inclined surface sizing machine is pressurized by corrugated gas.
Back drying section
Φ1500/ Φ1800 dryer cylinder, sub-drive, with guide roll, canvas. With closed hood.
The machine coating
Machine coating, with two sets of front coating head, sub-section hot air oven and two groups of gloss dryer cylinder.
Calendering part
Double roll soft calendering machine, the roll is hard roll (metal roll), the bottom roll is soft roll (composite roll), pressurized way is the corrugated gas tire pressure.
Reeling section
Pneumatic horizontal type, pressure is the cylinder pressure.
